For pure RC car driving fun, the combination of a beautifully detailed body and the FAZER series chassis is unbeatable. Kyosho has completely redesigned its standard touring car chassis, taking performance to a new level. A simplified design with fewer parts has improved maintenance efficiency and reduced weight, while core strength and rigidity have been increased through new materials and reinforcements on the front and rear axles. Furthermore, the symmetrical chassis design ensures excellent front-to-rear balance thanks to the responsive suspension, regardless of the power source. With front and rear differentials, oil-filled shock absorbers, and full ball bearing specifications, the high durability and impact resistance allow drivers to exploit the chassis's full potential. Brake disc wheel hubs with two different offsets (0 mm, +5 mm) offer compatibility with bodies 190 mm and 200 mm wide and allow the wheelbase to be adjusted to 260 mm by replacing certain parts (sold separately) to ensure compatibility with other 1:10 scale bodies in addition to the supplied body. The Readyset package comes fully assembled and includes everything except the charger, chassis battery, and transmitter batteries.

The factory-assembled Readyset package requires only 4 AA alkaline batteries for the transmitter and a battery with charger for the chassis.

The simple chassis design with a low center of gravity and no upper deck features an electronic speed controller and receiver cover, as well as a one-piece gearbox that optimizes the torsional stiffness and strength of the main chassis while reducing weight through the use of lightweight, impact-resistant nylon.

It is characterized by a reduced number and variety of screws and parts, as well as the grouping of frequently used screws of the same size. Most screws are flat-head screws that can be removed with a 2.0 mm Allen key, which simplifies disassembly.

Handling factors such as bump steer and scrub radius have been optimized on the front suspension. The simple, ball-joint steering knuckle ensures reliable steering movements. Interchangeable front and rear left and right hub mounts optimize spare parts usage and improve maintenance efficiency.

The oil dampers represent a further development compared to the previous models. The oil damper has been redesigned. The optimal geometry and balance between the front and rear axles ensures both easy handling and precise steering.

The standard settings for spur and pinion gears are 68T and 32T, however, nine pinion gear settings from 29T to 37T can be used to achieve a wide range of gear ratios. Furthermore, the motor is mounted directly according to the pinion gear modules.

The original low-profile tires with semi-slick tread offer excellent performance.

Included in the package is the new, high-performance 550 14T brushed motor (G14L). The long motor with a steel ring around the motor housing and internal fan ensures efficient torque and high speeds.

The front grille is compatible with the separately available 97054 series LED lighting unit. Installing the LED lighting unit improves the realism of the bodywork.
