  • Important information for backorder orders:

    If you order products that are not immediately available (backorder), we will automatically split your order into two deliveries :

    1. Items in stock - will be shipped directly
    2. Backorder items - will be delivered as soon as they arrive

  • What does this mean for shipping costs?

    If the value of the items available for immediate delivery alone is CHF 150 or more , this first delivery is free of shipping costs (Switzerland).

    The second delivery with backorder items is always subject to shipping costs , regardless of the total value of your original order.

  • Fair pricing for backorder products

    This policy helps us offer you fair prices while ensuring fast shipping – even for mixed orders.
