The Kyosho EP Fantom 4WD PZF T-33 from the Legendary Series is a unique 1/12 scale on-road racer that finally brings a legendary works-style specification to market as a complete kit. It blends an efficient 4WD concept with a 3-point rear suspension (3P) to deliver consistent traction, strong corner speed and stable straight-line behavior, even on lower-grip surfaces.

The drivetrain is built around Kyosho’s proven ladder-chain 4WD system, using chain drive to power the front wheels. Chain tension can be tuned via axle adapters and link count, and the chassis is precisely machined to maintain clearance and efficiency.

The platform combines a carbon main chassis and carbon upper plate with an FRP rear A-bar tuned for the right amount of flex to enhance rear tire grip. Newly developed ball-connect A-bar joints and a high-strength aluminum plate promote smooth suspension movement. O-rings at the joints help control roll and expand the setup range.

Up front, the kingpin coil-type suspension places springs above the knuckle arms to absorb surface vibration and maintain front grip on turn-in and corner exit. A dedicated, isolated servo plate helps prevent chassis flex from affecting steering and also optimizes Ackermann geometry for sharper, more consistent control.

For fast setup changes, a dial-adjustable rear oil shock is included as standard. The kit also includes a ball differential with adjustable tension (LSD-like effect) and a lightweight, high-rigidity 6 mm carbon diff shaft. Tires come pre-mounted and trued on black wheels, eliminating the need for tire prep and delivering repeatable performance right away.

The iconic T-33 body is supplied unpainted with matching decals.
