PISTA .21 ON-ROAD ENGINE

CARBURETOR
– The upper needle/holder is produced entirely in-house by us – no longer by OS – as we want to go our own way, with a strong focus on simple and precise carburetor adjustment.
– New lower needle from OS, which significantly improves acceleration in the lower rev range.

COMBUSTION CHAMBER COVER (UNDERHEAD)
– New exclusive IELASITUNED combustion chamber cover from OS

CRANKSHAFT
– New IELASITUNED timing, optimized for the new OS engine

PISTON/CYLINDER
– New 2025 version of piston and cylinder from OS – however, compared to the past, the super-finishing process for both components is carried out in-house using a new technique.
This new method significantly improves break-in, almost completely minimizes scratches, and still maintains a long-lasting fit and compression hardness – more consistent than ever before.

In addition, the new PISTA engine will be available with the following optional parts (see image) to further optimize performance and reliability:

  • WIB ceramic bearings – Swiss Made

  • Super Short Venturi 9 mm
